These terms govern use of Igire Rwanda Mailer (“the Service”), an internal tool operated by Igire Rwanda Organization. By signing in, you agree to them.
Eligibility and access
The Service is restricted to @igirerwanda.org accounts. New accounts require administrator approval before access is granted. Access may be changed or revoked at any time to protect the organization and its recipients.
Acceptable use
- Send only messages that serve the organization’s legitimate purposes.
- Use recipient data lawfully — send only to people who may reasonably expect to hear from the organization, and honor unsubscribe requests.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass access controls, or misuse another user’s account.
Responsibility for content
Operators are responsible for the recipient lists and message content they create, and for ensuring they have a lawful basis to contact each recipient. The organization may review activity to enforce these terms.
Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis for internal use. We aim to keep it running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may update or suspend features as needed.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
